RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.
So if someone subscribes to your traineo RSS feed, they'll be able to monitor all your diet, training and weight progress direct from their browser or aggregator without having to visit your traineo page each time they want an update.

Tony, you can do anything you set your mind to. Keep up the hard work. I challenge you to use the eliptical trainer 3 times this week and to do some weight training this weekend. Let's get moving and see how you do by the end of next week.
